4. Payments

  • Monthly services require upfront payment
  • Late payments may result in service pause
  • Work will not start without initial payment

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds once work has started
  • No refunds on completed services or running ads
  • Partial refunds may be considered only in special cases

6. Delivery & Timeline

  • Delivery time depends on project scope
  • Client delays may affect timeline
  • We aim to deliver on time but do not guarantee fixed deadlines

7. Revisions

  • Limited revisions are included depending on the package
  • Extra revisions will be charged

8. Ads & Results Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific sales or results
  • Results depend on product, budget, and market conditions
  • We manage strategy and execution only

9. Accounts Responsibility

  • All accounts remain the property of the client
  • We are not responsible for bans or restrictions
  • Platform-related issues are not under our control

10. Confidentiality

  • Client data will remain private and secure
  • We do not share or sell any information

11. Termination

  • Either party can end the service with notice
  • No refunds after work has started
  • Access may be revoked after termination

12. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any business loss or damages
  • Our liability is limited to the service fee paid

13. Updates

  • Belvo can update these terms at any time
  • Continued use means acceptance of updated terms
